Uwe Carsten Krause

Uwe-Carsten Krause is founder and CEO of Maintainet AG. He graduated in communications engineering and first worked in Novell-based environments in 1993.
During his studies he was responsible for NetWare 2.15 and 3.11 Network as an administrator. He acquired the necessary knowledge autodidactically. Consistently following his chosen path, Uwe-Carsten Krause became a Certified Novell Instructor (CNI) in 1997 and is currently a multi-certified MCNE (Master Cerfified Netware Engineer) and MCNI (Master Certified Novell Instructor). He has been working with DirXML and IDM since 2000. Under his leadership, numerous IDM projects have been successfully implemented with the German Novell Platinum Solution Provider Maintainet.

Michael Sturm

Michael Sturm is COO of Maintainet AG and has been taking care of the company’s sales and marketing for twenty years. After graduating from the Technical University of Darmstadt, he acquired extensive knowledge in the hardware and software sector.

In his function he takes care of the ongoing business activities of Maintainet AG and ensures the optimization of many business processes. In addition to personnel management, he has a flair for cost-saving potential and is undoubtedly stress-resistant. With his many years of experience, Michael Sturm leads a professional team with an eye for efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

CTO

Thorsten Schloesser

Thorsten Schlößer has been CTO of Maintainet AG since 2005 and is responsible for technological strategy and implementation. After graduating from technical college, he worked as an administrator of a Novell network until 1999 and subsequently acquired further knowledge as a technical trainer with a focus on Novell products. During this time he became the youngest trainer outside the USA to achieve the MCNI (Master Certified Novell Instructor).

As a multi-licensed training expert, his focus is on the development and delivery of technical IT training and identity management projects. With his affinity for trends and his pragmatism, he ensures that the latest technologies are seamlessly integrated into our business processes.

    Uwe-Carsten Krause ist Gründer und CEO der Maintainet AG. Er schloss sein Studium der Nachrichtentechnik als Diplom-Ingenieur ab und arbeitete erstmalig 1993 in Novell-basierten Umgebungen.

    Michael Sturm ist COO der Maintainet AG und kümmert sich bereits seit zwanzig Jahren um den Be- und Vertrieb des Unternehmens. Nachdem er sein Studium an der technischen Universität Darmstadt absolviert hat, eignete er sich umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Hard- und Softwarebereich an.
    In seiner Funktion kümmert er sich um die laufenden geschäftlichen Tätigkeiten der Maintainet AG und sorgt für die Optimierung vieler Geschäftsprozesse. Neben dem Personalmanagement hat er ein Gespür für Kosteneinsparungspotenziale und ist zweifelsohne stressresistent. Mit seiner langjährigen Erfahrung leitet Michael Sturm ein professionelles Team mit einem Auge für Effizienz, Effektivität und Produktivität.
